Job summary

Teceze is seeking an IT Support / EUC Specialist in the Philippines. The role focuses on end-user computing, deskside support, and ITSM operations with a 12-month duration and a 9-hour shift.

The candidate will deploy software, troubleshoot OS and patch issues, manage assets including laptops, and coordinate with facilities for non-network devices. Strong English communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in IT Service Management for End User Computing and Deskside support.
• Experience with SCCM/Ivanti/Intune deployments and software distribution.
• OS installation, patching and troubleshooting of OS issues.
• Experience with handling conference room devices and related room systems.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in asset inventory management and laptop lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Service Management operations for End User Computing and Deskside support.
• Deployments and software installations using SCCM/Ivanti/Intune.
• Troubleshoot OS and patch issues, remote support (RDP/IDRACK/ILO/IP Phones).
• Handle conference room devices and coordination with Facilities for non-network devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and laptop lifecycle per regional policies.
• Perform housekeeping: space reclamation, profiles archiving, software installations.
