Job summary

Valle Corporate Services Philippine Branch in Cebu City is seeking estimators to create quantity takeoffs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with clients. You will review plans, develop BOQs using Bluebeam and ERP/CRM, and ensure estimates meet project requirements.

This role works with project teams to address queries, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver accurate, timely submissions. A Civil Engineering degree and experience in construction estimation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction estimation or related roles.
• Proficient in reading drawings and preparing cost estimates using Bluebeam Revu.
• CRM or ERP software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with architects and builders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes for Tier 1-3 commercial, infrastructure, and transport projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender packages to ensure pricing compliance and identify risks or value engineering opportunities.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed work packs using Bluebeam and ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Estimating, and Project teams to support company sales and revenue KPIs.
• Ensure all documentation is clear and complete prior to handover to Contract Administrators and Project teams.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, supplier pricing, and industry standards to improve estimating accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and internal tools.
