• Responsible for presentation of quotation to clients.
• Handles cost planning, budgeting, and cost control from pre-construction to project completion
• Reviews drawings, specifications, and scope of works for Civil, Architectural, and MEPFS trades
• Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for cost-related matters
