Job Title: Estimator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

Salary: $225 per week

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for commercial renovation and government projects. The ideal candidate understands constructability, thinks outside the box, and works well in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
• Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals
• Utilize on-screen takeoff software

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating
• Experience with commercial renovations, government work, or similar projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes; MEP background is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in any on-screen takeoff software (experience with Bluebeam is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
