OSA Outsourcing Advantage invites applications for a remote Construction Estimator & Project Coordinator to support US-based projects from the Philippines. You will prepare cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and review blueprints to ensure accuracy across multiple projects.

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
• Knowledge of construction terminology, materials, methods, and estimating principles.
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing cost estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal).
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.

• Research material and labor costs to support accurate project estimates.

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Construction Estimators & Project Coordinators to join our talent pool. In this role, you will support construction companies by preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating project documentation, and assisting project managers throughout the construction lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience interpreting construction drawings, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, STACK, ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with subcontractor bidding, procurement, and vendor management.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience supporting U.S.-based construction companies.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency.
