MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking an ERP Support Engineer to provide front-line support for our internal ERP systems. You will troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, and ensure users derive maximum value from the technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degrees.
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply, provided they meet the minimum threshold across all six behavioral competencies.
• Certification or training in standard quality management systems or customer success frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and production support for ERP applications and resolve customer concerns.
• Diagnose the root cause of reported bugs and systematically trace code or system configurations to construct resolution plans aligned with customer goals.
• Handle difficult conversations with level-headedness and de-escalate conflict during high-stakes customer interactions.
• Actively seek out patterns in data to identify risks before they lead to customer churn or escalated issues.
• Manage time efficiently, stay organized, and follow through on customer milestones and deadlines even when internal roadblocks emerge.
• Continuously learn and adapt decision-making models based on evolving enterprise software and business technology realities.
