Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Analyst to support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives. You will gather requirements, map processes, and drive system deployments, working with stakeholders and IT teams.

You will develop BRDs, SOPs, and training materials, coordinate testing, and help manage change to ensure successful adoption of new systems. This hybrid role is based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, ERP implementation, or similar roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience creating user guides, SOPs, and business documentation.
• Experience conducting user training and stakeholder presentations.
• Exposure to software implementation projects and system testing activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and system requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Define and report on KPIs and baselines to measure impact of transformation.
• Create process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop BRDs, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Develop test scenarios and perform UAT; document defects and fixes.
• Facilitate training sessions and support change management initiatives.
• Act as liaison between business units and project teams.
