Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team on a hybrid, mid-shift basis. You will help translate customer requirements and engineering specs into executable product structures and routings within our IFS ERP system.

You will act as a bridge among Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations, validating new product setups and managing revisions to existing products while focusing on data accuracy and process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience creating and maintaining BOMs and manufacturing routings.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing product structures and routings within the IFS ERP system.
Validate new product setups and implement new business awards.
Manage revisions to existing products and liaise between Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations.
