MicroSourcing is seeking an ERP Support Engineer in Eastwood, Quezon City, on a hybrid setup with day shifts for a fixed-term engagement. The role focuses on frontline technical support for internal ERP systems, managing issues, and optimizing usage for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply if they meet behavioral competencies.
Certification or training in quality management or customer success frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline technical support for ERP applications and resolve customer concerns.
Diagnose root causes of bugs and trace configurations to craft resolutions.
De-escalate conflict during high-stakes customer interactions and manage expectations.
Identify usage patterns and risks to prevent churn and issues.
Maintain organization and meet customer milestones and deadlines.
