Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software sales with at least 3 years focused on SAP or ERP solutions.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience in developing and acquiring new customers.
• Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into tailored ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and nurture opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and conduct regular business reviews.
• Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and lead ERP solution presentations and demonstrations.
• Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Market Insight & Business Development: Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular updates to leadership.
