Achieve Without Borders, Inc. (AWB) is seeking an ERP Sales Representative to drive adoption of Odoo ERP and related cloud solutions for business owners and decision-makers.

You will solve real operational problems while earning uncapped commissions in a supportive team. You will prospect, present, and close complex B2B software deals, collaborate with technical teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver measurable improvements for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or cloud solutions to businesses.
• Consultative approach with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Engage decision-makers to uncover operational pain points.
• Present ERP, SaaS, cloud, HRIS, and automation solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and compelling sales presentations.
• Manage your pipeline in CRM and progress opportunities to close.
• Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with technical teams.
• Stay current on ERP, SaaS, cloud capabilities and industry trends.
