Job summary

Aptean in Pasig is looking for a Sales Associate to support the sales team by identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads and assisting with product demonstrations and proposals. The role involves managing sales inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation.

You will engage with customers through phone, email and in-person meetings, provide product information and address basic questions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to qualify leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and use CRM tools.
• Sales or telesales experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or similar technology solutions is an advantage.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and qualify leads to support the sales team.
• Assist with preparation of product demonstrations and proposals.
