Job summary

Achieve Without Borders is hiring an ERP Sales Representative in Makati to drive new business for ERP, SaaS, and cloud solutions. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, present Odoo ERP and related solutions, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a fast-paced, commission-driven team.

You should have proven B2B software sales experience, a consultative approach, and strong pipeline management.

Qualifications

Experience selling B2B software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRIS, or cloud solutions.
Ability to present to business owners and senior decision-makers.
Strong pipeline management and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Engage business owners and decision-makers to uncover operational pain points
Present Odoo ERP and complementary solutions (SaaS, cloud, HRIS, CRM, automation) that deliver measurable improvements
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
Prepare proposals, quotations, and compelling sales presentations
Manage your pipeline in CRM and consistently move opportunities to close
Negotiate and close deals
Collaborate with our technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and client success
Stay current on Odoo, SaaS, cloud capabilities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
