Technians Softech Pvt Ltd in the Philippines seeks a motivated Odoo Sales Consultant to identify business opportunities, understand client requirements, and recommend Odoo ERP solutions to improve operations. The role blends sales skills with ERP knowledge to drive new business and nurture long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of ERP/SaaS/B2B solution selling experience, with a solid grasp of Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in ERP software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B solution selling.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Demonstrate Odoo ERP modules and explain how they address client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Odoo products, new features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
