You should be comfortable navigating SAP or Oracle, proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables), and have a solid grasp of debit–credit mechanics to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating ERP interfaces.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Solid debit–credit bookkeeping understanding.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial activities into ERP module (bills, invoices, payments).
• Match POs, receiving logs, and vendor invoices; assist customer collections.
• Cross-check subledger with general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Run trial balances, aging reports, and logs for senior staff.
