Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BS Accountancy).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP Business One is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process RPOs for loan releases, supplier payments, and other disbursements
• Record collectibles and accurately post payments
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform month-end reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare journal entries as assigned
• Coordinate with branches regarding accounting and work-related concerns
• Assist in monitoring and validating accounting transactions and records
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager
