Responsibilities

• Orientation of HR Policies and Code of Conducts
• Facilitate the end-to-end processing of disciplinary cases to ensure due process
• Prepare notices and other documentations for HR and legal review to ensure due process
• Issuance of NTE
• Administer Admin Hearing
• Proper Disciplinary Action sanction
• Plan, spearhead and implement company activities
• Assist in planning and organizing company events and perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or Management
• Handle employee concerns and grievances
• Organize forums with employees and management
• Organize and administer company-initiated trainings
• Create memorandums and disseminate
• Conduct random drug testing
• Clearance processing
• Ensure compliance requirements mandated by DOLE and assist during DOLE labor case hearings (DOLE SENA), and mandatory conferences
• Analyze and report information related to the disciplinary process to ensure that all facts are accurate and complete
• Investigate all assigned employee complaints and incidents reports such as policy violations, harassment, fraud, etc., and recommend resolutions for HR Manager's approval
• Monitor and maintain discipline and labor compliance tracking system
• Responsible for creation of company intermemo/ communication memo, and maintain memo tracking system
• Review and follow through on execution of all disciplinary actions to ensure closure of all disciplinary cases
• Other HR related concerns
