Job summary

RELX International is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to act as the service front door for ER. You will receive and validate new matters, ensure completeness, apply categorisation and priority guidance, and route work to the appropriate ER resource.

The role supports managers through policies, templates, and knowledge content, escalating complex cases to Tier 1 regional partners or Tier 2 investigators as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Experience in employee relations or case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to learn enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own ER intake and validation of new matters against policy.
• Apply categorisation, priority guidance and escalation rules.
• Coordinate case activity, maintain records and hand-offs.
• Support investigations operationally under defined templates.
• Maintain knowledge assets and promote self-service resources.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/2 teams and other stakeholders.
• Monitor service levels and flag risks.
