Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an entry-level Financial Operations Associate in the Philippines to support accurate financial and vendor relationship operations. The role focuses on SOA reconciliation, vendor inquiries, masterlist maintenance, portal administration, and governance documentation, acting as a bridge between the Legal Entity and external vendors.

You will handle primary vendor communications, maintain masterlists, and assist with governance materials for scheduled meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy or any Business-Related course.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and office productivity tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular SOA and vendor account reconciliation; prepare and share clear results with the Legal Entity and vendors, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct reconciliation and analysis of all STP Team accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors via email and phone; address inquiries and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare, review, and organize governance materials for presentation to the Legal Entity.
• Administer the VIIS vendor portal and assist vendors with technical concerns.
