• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with BIR requirements, VAT, withholding tax, and Philippine regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.

Aufgaben

• Invoice processing: Review, verify, record, and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and contracts; ensure proper discounts and payment terms.
• Payment processing: Prepare and process payments through checks or bank transfers, schedule payments, monitor outstanding payables, and prepare funding requests for fund release.
• Account reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance & reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine government requirements, including VAT, withholding tax, E-sales, and BIR reporting.
• Audit support: Assist with internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
