Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable assistant to receive, verify, and record vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy across multiple systems and timely handover to the AP team. You will maintain up-to-date records, update VIIS and related logs, and support backlog management and documentation on the STP platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BS Accountancy) or any Business-Related course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving vendor invoices and supporting documents; verify completeness and accuracy by cross-checking against supplier details, Continuum Workflows, the STP Online Log Sheet, and Vendor Invoice records
• Enter and encode verified invoice data into the Vendor Invoice Information System (VIIS) with all required supporting documentation attached
• Confirm receipt of original invoices and ensure they are forwarded to the assigned AP Processor no later than the next business day
• Maintain and update the manual Received Purchase Invoice (RPI) monitoring log to track all incoming invoices
• Update invoice statuses in VIIS, the STP Logsheet, and Continuum Workflows, and monitor progress until processed by the AP-Delivery team
• Assist in managing backlog records and updating the RPI monitoring file on an ongoing basis
• Document and log all invoices received through the STP platform
