ADP Philippines Inc. is seeking Operations Analysts/Technical Support Representatives in Metro Manila. The role focuses on delivering technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues via phone or remote access, across ADP products and applications. Strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills are required.

Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates in BPO/call center or related fields are welcome to apply, with English language proficiency mandatory.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate on any course.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical support to clients regarding the resolution of product hardware, software and operating system issues via phone or remote access for all ADP supported applications or products.
• Supports the end users, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics to determine solutions and alternatives.
