Job summary

ADP in Makati is seeking an entry-level SBS Services Representative to support client inquiries on payroll regulations, computations and product how-to. You will assist with programming, troubleshooting and year-end balancing, contributing to accurate payroll services.

Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of KPO/shared services experience are encouraged to apply. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are required in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The SBS Services Representative supports client inquiries on regulations, computations and product how-to.
• Supports clients with payroll related programming, troubleshooting and year-end balancing inquiries.
• Through Stellar service principles, the client service representative ensures world class service for ADP clients.
• Collaborate with ADP Associates to deliver accurate payroll solutions and exceptional client outcomes.
