Qualifications

• College graduate requirement.
• No call center or travel experience needed; BPO/customer service background a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Customer-first attitude and good listening skills.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to travel-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about available travel services and options.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other customer requests.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with payment and booking-related inquiries.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
