Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Transformation Office. You will lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders, establishing governance, and measuring outcomes.

The role emphasizes change enablement, data/technology transformation, and executive communication. You will partner with sponsors to deliver impact, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure value realization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading data analytics initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs across people, process, data and technology.
• Track program status, risks, metrics, and business impact for stakeholders.
• Drive options and recommendations for executive decisions on complex initiatives.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and align expectations for timely outcomes.
• Define success metrics and value realization plans with measurable benefits.
• Drive process and technology/platform transformations with governance.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/IT and manage external partners as needed.
• Communicate clearly to senior leadership and champions across the org.
