Job summary

Globe is seeking a Transformation Strategy Lead to drive the XDT transformation agenda across CX, IT, Network and Business, identifying gaps and delivering improvement plans. You will lead cross-functional teams with Process Owners to execute process transformation and simplification initiatives.

You will steer the Globe Process Community, develop enablement programs, and benchmark against industry best practices to improve customer experience and process metrics.
