Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, HCM implementation, consulting, or transformation roles
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Consulting mindset with ability to drive transformation conversations
• Strong customer advocacy and product-oriented thinking
• Data-driven and automation-first approach to problem solving
