Job summary

Internetwork Expert seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large, complex transformation initiatives across multi-functional workstreams and vendor teams, ensuring dashboards, progress tracking, and performance assessments align with program objectives.

You will drive risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-system coordination for IT-enabled hospital transformations, applying PMP practices and a data-driven leadership style to sustain momentum and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Experience with project risk assessment, metrics generation, and analysis.
Proficient in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, with Jira/Confluence familiarity.
Strong execution and operational excellence in large programs.
Proven track record managing IT or Agile transformation projects.
Ability to build trust-based relationships with program managers and SMEs.
Excellent observation, negotiation, decision-making and leadership under pressure.
Committed to achieving objectives and sustaining program momentum.

Responsibilities

Oversee management and monitoring of large, complex transformation projects.
Collaborate with Functional Workstream Leads and vendor Project Managers.
Assist in resolving roadblocks and ensuring dashboards and progress tracking.
Evaluate vendor performance to ensure delivery aligned with scope and objectives.
