Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Manufacturing & Operations to lead a large-scale Next Gen ERP implementation. The role bridges the ERP PMO with Manufacturing & Operations, ensuring alignment across planning, production, supply chain, and quality functions, while coordinating data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

The candidate will partner with functional leaders to drive ERP-enabled process improvements and manage risks in a fast-paced high-tech environment,

Qualifications

7+ years in ERP implementations, PMO roles, or manufacturing operations in high-tech environments.
Substantial S/4HANA implementation and deployment experience.
Strong ability to translate between business and technical teams; excellent communication.
Experience with large-scale transformation programs and structured delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between ERP PMO and Manufacturing & Operations; translate requirements into deliverables.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, engineering, and quality to drive ERP-enabled improvements.
Lead workshops and design sessions; ensure requirements are defined, documented, and prioritized.
Support change management activities: communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement.
Monitor progress against manufacturing milestones; identify risks and mitigation plans.
Assist data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning to minimize production disruption.
Advocate standardization and best practices while balancing unique manufacturing needs.
