Job summary

Cobden & Carter International in the Philippines seeks a Transformation Director to lead end-to-end transformation of operational processes and services. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop the transformation vision and strategy for the assigned service line.

• Build business cases and quantify benefits such as efficiency, cost savings, quality, productivity, and client experience.
• Manage and prioritize the transformation initiative pipeline based on value, effort, risk, and alignment.
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Establish governance, performance tracking, risk management, and accountability across the portfolio.
• Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities and define solutions.

About the role

The Transformation Director will lead the end-to-end transformation of operational processes and services within an assigned service line within the organization. The role is responsible for setting the transformation strategy, identifying improvement opportunities, building the business case, managing the transformation portfolio, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business results. The Director will work closely with JBS operations leaders, Business Analysts, technology and delivery teams, and the company's broader transformation organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the transformation vision and strategy for the assigned service line
• Translate the company's strategic priorities into a clear and prioritized transformation roadmap
• Identify operational weaknesses, improvement opportunities, and potential transformation initiatives
• Build business cases and quantify expected benefits such as efficiency, cost savings, quality, productivity, and client experience
