Job summary

EY’s Internal Transformation Services seeks an Assistant Director to lead strategic advisory across program management, change management and design thinking for global clients. This role requires senior consulting experience, strong leadership and the ability to influence CxO level stakeholders.

You will develop roadmaps, drive organizational transformation, mentor junior consultants and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Experience leading transformation programs and design thinking engagements.
• Advanced MS Suite skills to develop engaging presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand objectives and opportunities, influencing teams toward outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner and Functional Head levels.
• Develop roadmaps for implementing project management, organizational change management and design thinking initiatives.
• Lead complex transformation projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across programs.
