Job summary

LTD Scale is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a major enterprise digital transformation and ERP implementation for a global organization. This senior role requires hands-on leadership of large-scale ERP migrations, with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics expertise and a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing portfolios and complex initiatives in large organizations.
• Deployments, migrations, and/or ERP platform implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day project operations with a clear view of activities, dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Monitor and report overall program status including financials, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize project teams and allocate resources by workstream phases and priorities.
• Coordinate and approve project-wide communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review ERP design, configuration decisions and map & gap analyses; escalate issues as needed.
• Work with Functional Leads to validate SIT and ensure UAT covers future-state processes.
• Identify and elevate major unresolved issues affecting scope, timeline, or budget.
• Maintain strong coordination among leadership, functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
