Job summary

Enroute is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deliver expert technical experiences for enterprise customers on a remote LATAM project. You will support product implementations, onboarding, and ongoing customer success while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, problem-solving, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
• Experience working with SQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Fluent Portuguese (required).
• Advanced English (C1).
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
• Design and recommend technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve escalations.
• Support customers through technical calls, solution workshops, and implementation planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
• Monitor support performance and contribute to continuous process improvements.
