Job summary

Lunit Inc. is seeking a Software Installation Engineer for the LATAM region, based in Mexico. You will lead installation projects, configure systems in client environments, and collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth deployments.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, plus SQL and networking skills. Occasional evenings or weekend work may be required to support global customers and multi-time-zone teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of customer contact experience, preferably in medical devices.
Strong SQL knowledge for backups, restores, and permissions.
IT networking experience and ability to work with customer IT departments to resolve detailed networking issues.
Experience with Windows Server and Linux servers and Windows desktops/tablets.
Ability to explain technical terms clearly (SSL, HTTP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, subnets, Firewalls, TCP/IP).
Experience with remote connectivity tools and virtual machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in pre-sales activities through direct customer interaction and information security discussions.
Actively manage system design and process customer workflows interfacing with Lunit products.
Process and install Lunit systems; configure systems in the client environment.
Develop interfaces and integration components; perform end-to-end workflow testing.
Monitor data conversions from competitors and legacy systems to Lunit software.
Support onboarding and training of onsite IT staff; coordinate with Customer Success and Engineering.
