Job summary
Enroute is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support enterprise customers remotely across LATAM. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing communication to deliver onboarding, implementations, and ongoing success.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot issues, design scalable solutions, and document best practices. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong English and Portuguese skills.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English (C1).
- Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementations for new customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Design and recommend technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve escalations.
- Create and maintain technical docs and SOPs.
- Monitor support performance and drive process improvements.
- Build long-term relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
