Job summary

HR Path is seeking a Workday Consultant for a 100% remote role, ideally based in Mexico, but open to candidates across Latin America. You will deliver Workday consulting and implementations, support configuration and optimization of modules, and provide end-user support.

Join a team that collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders across levels, manages tickets via Jira, and participates in diverse implementation projects and methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support).
• Experience configuring at least two Workday modules.
• Workday certifications in modules such as HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent/Performance, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Absence Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday consulting and implementation services.
• Support configuration and optimization of Workday modules.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams across levels.
• Manage support requests through Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Participate in implementation projects and methodologies.
