Job summary

Dayforce is looking for an Implementation Consultant to participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle under the guidance of the Project Manager. You will gather requirements, configure the Dayforce solution, and provide post go-live support while potentially leading activities.

Location: Remote within Metro Manila, with openness to travel to customer sites as needed. You'll deliver organizational readiness consulting and mentor Associate Consultants as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in HCM application consulting.
• Change management experience is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud software including HRIS.
• Ability to implement an HRIS module end-to-end.
• Understanding of HCM business practices.
• Knowledge of various industries and Dayforce implementation best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently.
• Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer business requirements and map to Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet documented requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions via phone and in person with meeting minutes.
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress.
• Provide customers with follow-up consulting and assistance in areas of expertise.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations.
• Be a go-to resource for functional areas for internal and external users.
• Work with customers to implement Dayforce Organizational Readiness practices.
• Document solutions and contribute to a repository of solutions.
• Share best practices with the Practice and team.
• Complete new release training and stay current with product updates.

About the Opportunity

The Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of Dayforce’s Organizational Readiness toolkit.

Location:Work is what you do, not where you go.For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Metro Manila

• Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release

Skills and Experience We Value

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting
• Experience in change management an asset
• Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems
• Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
• Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
• Understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business practices
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
• Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

• Experience with one or more of the following applications: SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Dayforce (preferred)
• Experience in business process mapping
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset
• Ability to work under pressure and with a tight timeline.
• Working on EST Timezone shift.
