DIS Tech | a Technoprobe company is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist in the Philippines. The role partners with business leaders and the Global L&D team to identify needs, deliver engaging programs, and support talent development to build a skilled and high-performing workforce.

You will design curricula, facilitate sessions, and coordinate IDPs and development plans, driving ongoing improvements in learning experiences and organizational capability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Professional certifications in L&D, Facilitation, Coaching, or Instructional Design are a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis in partnership with business leaders and managers.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions aligned with priorities.
• Develop and maintain the annual learning and development plan.
• Coordinate learning programs for technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development.
• Review learning priorities to ensure relevance to business needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, professional, behavioral, technical, and leadership learning programs.
• Deliver classroom and virtual sessions using adult learning techniques.
• Design learning materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant resources.
• Continuously improve facilitation techniques based on learner feedback.
