Milestone Technologies seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, translating business needs into scalable architectures. You will guide design, configuration, and deployment across multiple application areas, ensuring best practices and delivery quality.

In this senior role, you will mentor the delivery team, lead workshops, and define architecture documentation while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across the ServiceNow platform.
• 6+ years in ServiceNow solution design and delivery.
• Proven experience leading multiple enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
• Must have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-Data Foundations, CIS-ITSM).
• Combination of multiple CIS certifications (CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-SAM / CIS-HAM, CIS-SPM, CIS-Discovery /CIS-Service Mapping/CIS Event Management, CIS-SIR/CIS-VR/CIS-RC/CIS-TPRM).
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow projects from discovery to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to assess current state and define requirements and integration needs.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements and document designs.
• Provide expert-level mentoring to the Milestone Technologies implementation team.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration as a senior team member.
• Define scalable ServiceNow architectures aligned with client goals and best practices.
• Scope new project opportunities with business development and leadership.
• Stay informed about industry trends and ServiceNow capabilities.
