Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions based on business needs.
• Configure applications, automate workflows, and support platform integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Participate in agile delivery, testing, deployment, and continuous platform improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help optimize existing implementations.
