Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

You will maintain and enhance ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Agile Development, Discovery, Software Asset Management, Security Operations, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response across global environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead architecture discussions, mentor peers, and ensure data integrations, scripting, and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development across three or more modules.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting.

Responsibilities

Work with product owner to build requested items using workflows to meet business requirements.
Participate in architecture and design decisions, and lead when needed.
Mentor and review code for other developers.
Document and maintain business requirements, processes, and use cases.
Configure data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Design and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Design, update, and configure Service Portal layouts and widgets.
Create and configure Notifications and UI Pages within ServiceNow.
Perform operational administrative tasks and assist with report configuration.
