Qualifications

• 10 years of experience across the ServiceNow platform
• 6+ years of solution design and delivery on Enterprise deployments
• Experience leading multiple enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify options, define requirements, determine integration needs, and develop architecture and implementation plans
• Lead and conduct requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring thorough documentation of requirements
• Provide expert-level support and mentoring to the Milestone Technologies implementation team
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services as a senior technical member of the team
