Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales development or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle high daily call volume and rejection.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM for logging activity and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to target prospects.
• Identify target accounts and decision-makers, build accurate lists.
• Qualify prospects before booking meetings for the sales team.
• Log all calls and touches in Apollo, keeping data current.
• Manage multi-touch outreach sequences across calls and emails.
• Track activity and report on calls, connects, conversations, and meetings.
• Follow up on warm leads and no-shows to move the pipeline.
• Share feedback to sharpen outbound messaging.
