Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive high-volume outbound calling and prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will identify decision-makers, open conversations, and book qualified meetings for our senior sales team.

You will log every interaction in Apollo, manage multi-touch sequences, and maintain clean CRM data while tracking activity and pipeline progress to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales development, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, professional phone presence.
• Hands-on experience with a sales CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Ability to work to activity targets and report on results with accurate numbers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospects in target industries and company-size brackets
• Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers, building accurate prospect lists
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria before booking meetings for the senior sales team
• Book, confirm, and follow up on qualified meetings with target personas
• Log every call, email, and touchpoint in Apollo, keeping records accurate and current
• Manage multi-touch outreach sequences across calls and email follow-ups
• Maintain and clean CRM data, including contact details, account records, and pipeline stages
• Track outreach activity and prepare regular performance reports on calls made, connects, conversations, and meetings booked
• Follow up persistently on warm leads and no-shows to keep the pipeline moving
• Share feedback on messaging, objections heard, and list quality to sharpen the outbound approach
