• Proven track record in outbound B2B sales and appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with a professional phone presence.
• Comfortable with high daily call volumes and rejections.
• Direct experience using a sales CRM to log activity and manage pipeline.
• Strong prospect research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.
• Ability to hit activity targets and report results with numbers.
• Conscientious, thorough, and able to self-manage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects across target industries and company-size brackets.
• Research and map target accounts and decision-makers, building reliable prospect lists.
• Vet prospects against defined criteria before setting meetings for the senior sales team.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified meetings with target personas.
• Capture every call, email, and touchpoint in Apollo, keeping records correct and current.
• Run multi-touch outreach sequences combining calls and email follow-ups.
• Keep CRM data clean, including contact details, account records, and pipeline stages.
• Measure outreach activity and put together regular performance reports on calls made, connects, conversations, and meetings booked.
• Chase warm leads and no-shows persistently to keep the pipeline moving.
• Report back on messaging, objections heard, and list quality to strengthen the outbound approach.
