Job summary

Senior Business Development Manager at Eazy ERP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will lead enterprise sales for DMS, SFA, ERP, CRM, and cloud/SaaS offerings. You will build CXO-level relationships across manufacturing, CPG, and distribution sectors from Bangalore, driving end-to-end sales cycles and strategic deal closure.

The role requires deep enterprise solution knowledge, strong negotiation, and the ability to influence decisions at the highest levels. Travel to regional meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Admin, Sales, or related field.
• 4–8 years of proven enterprise sales or business development experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/DMS/SFA or B2B enterprise SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for DMS, SFA, ERP, CRM, and Cloud/SaaS products.
• Build CXO-level relationships and account strategies across manufacturing, CPG, and distribution.
• Generate leads, manage funnel, and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams for deal execution.
