Sprout Solutions Phil. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead onboarding for enterprise clients.

You will coordinate tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to stakeholders across functions. You will drive delivery against timelines, develop new best practices for implementation services, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless rollout and exceptional service.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience implementing software.
• Proven track record of high achievement.
• Strong leadership of client engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Comfortable in entrepreneurial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding for Sprout's enterprise clients and ensure successful delivery per project timelines.
• Provide updated implementation plans and necessary documents to stakeholders.
• Translate best practices and trends into technical guidance for sponsors.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project turnover and rollout.
• Communicate project status clearly to all stakeholders.
