Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise system implementation projects from planning through deployment in Metro Manila. You will manage SAP-related ERP initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to drive multiple ERP projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, including ERP projects.
Experience with SAP implementations, migrations, or rollout projects is preferred.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with MS Project and Jira.
PM certifications in Agile/Scrum are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning to deployment.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with business users, vendors, and teams to ensure project success.
Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigations.
Provide status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and objectives.
Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Promote governance and best practices across projects.
