The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ops/BizOps, a strong data mindset with Excel/Sheets and SQL, and a proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 3 years in operations, BizOps, or strategy & ops, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.
• Has personally led projects that delivered measurable results, such as cost savings or faster turnaround.
• Strong with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL a plus) and comfortable turning numbers into action.
• Can get things done across teams without direct authority.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with messy, changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Find bottlenecks across teams and fix them with clear processes, tools, and owners.
• Build and track the key business metrics (dashboards, weekly reviews) so leaders can see what’s working.
• Lead cross-team projects from plan to launch, such as rolling out a new process, system, or city.
• Run the planning rhythm: quarterly goals, budgets, and performance check-ins.
• Be the go-to problem solver for urgent issues leadership needs sorted fast.
