KMZD GROUP is seeking a Strategic Business Development Executive for Enterprise Solutions in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role focuses on identifying opportunities with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with experience from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales, account management or business development experience.
• Experience handling B2B or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities and close deals.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio to achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with owners, executives and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and commercial offers.
• Lead discussions, negotiate terms, and move opportunities to close.
• Maintain Salesforce/CRM records and track pipeline and outcomes.
